At SummerHills Retreat we are excited to introduce Flow Yoga as a brand new experience in the Byron Bay Hinterland.
Flow Yoga is based on the Vinyasa style of Yoga which was born from the classic Ashtanga Yoga.
This is a gentle practice where postures are designed to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the core and the whole body.
Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
There is an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. Full-body strengthening, toning, relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion.
In a safe and gentle environment, our experienced 1-on-1 instructor will take you from where you are now and either get your started or accelerate your practice.
This style of Yoga is particularly ideal for beginners but is suitable for all levels of experience.
