A fully self contained 2-storey super-house sleeping 3-10 guests which consists of two self contained villas upstairs and large communal areas downstairs.

 

There is a total of 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with separate showers, vanities and toilets as well as 2 spa baths.

 

Each bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning, fluffy bathrobes, wardrobes, its own TV and either mountain or garden views.

 

There are 2 lounge areas with Plasma TV, DVD and lounge suites.

 

The large gourmet kitchen downstairs has double fridges, gas cooking, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, double sinks, kettle, toaster and breakfast bar.

 

Adjacent is a separate well-appointed octagonal dining room with floor to ceiling cedar windows, a high pitched ceiling and ten person dining table.

 

There is a paved outdoor area with Timber settings & 5-burner gas BBQ with wok burner for further cooking facilities.

 

Bedding consists of one King & two Queen beds (two double sofa beds also available).

 

Tea & Byron Bay Coffee are also included as well as salt/pepper mills, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, napkins, tea-towels, bread boards, cutlery, china, glassware and all cooking implements.
